They were totally committed to my satisfaction which is commendable. I agreed - that was 2 sizes under the 120k btu they originally installed and the blower size is same on 60k versus 80k so I figured it would solve my static pressure issues and he was scaring me - who wants to be cold. So they ripped out the brand new 120k btu and put in a brand new 80k btu. Problem mostly solved. I can now get the static pressure under.5 - even with a couple vents closed in rooms we don't heat. Therefore, both pipes must terminate outside the structure and must not be obstructed in any way. Some insulation materials may be combustible. NOTE: Do not use this furnace if any part has been under water. Immediately call a qualified service technician to inspect the furnace and to replace any part of the control system and any gas control which has been under water. NOTE: The qualified installer or agency must use only factoryauthorized replacement parts, kits, and accessories when modifying this product. 6 This furnace contains SAFETY DEVICES which must be MANU- ALLY RESET. If the furnace is left unattended for an extended period of time, have it checked periodically for proper operation.
